Who we are

• PR Consultants, LLC specializes in acquiring, renovating, selling and renting distressed real estate in Puerto Rico. Together the company has a combined 40 years of real estate experience. After the financial crisis of 2008 our teamed has flipped more than 1500 properties in central Florida. We are now bringing those skills to Puerto Rico, a market we see as having even more opportunity.

• Since December 2017, PR Consultants, LLC has purchased, developed and / or flipped more than 100 properties island-wide. We are currently working on expanding the scope of our deals to all areas of real estate, especially in the hospitality industry.
