This boutique hotel experience is going up all over the Island. Using reclaimed shipping containers we can create luxury hotel experiences. We are currently doing a capital raise of $4,500,000 for the project.

Ten Unit apartment complex

We plan on renovating the complex and then holding for long term rentals. Each unit is a 2/1 and we plan to rent for $600 a unit. We are currently doing a capital raise of $185,000 for the project.

Duplex in Arecibo

We are currently in the process of finding renters for our newly renovated duplex. We are looking to partner with an investor for the project.
